Join Anne for a weekend of soul searching and deep soul rest. Soul Time retreats are hosted in stunning remote, ocean side locations around New Brunswick.

The weekend includes sunrise meditations, gentle Yoga, guided meditation, optional healing practices such as reiki and massage, nourishing meals with local, fresh ingredients and free time exploring the natural elements.

Participants are introduced to embodied leadership, an approach that helps you access your body’s innate capacity to heal and restore energy and balance.

Retreats begin Friday evenings and end Sunday afternoons. Space is limited to small groups to create intimacy and connection. Shared and private rooms available. Come on your own or with a soul friend.
