Join Anne for a weekend of soul searching and deep soul rest. This spiritual yoga retreat is hosted in a stunning remote, ocean side location just outside Saint Andrews, New Brunswick, in the heart of the Maritime provinces in Canada.
The weekend includes sunrise meditations, gentle Yoga, beach walks, guided meditation, optional healing practices such as reiki, nourishing meals with local, fresh ingredients and free time exploring the natural elements.
Participants are introduced to embodied leadership, an approach that helps you access your body’s innate capacity to heal and restore energy and balance.
This Soul Time retreat begins Friday, May 29th at 4pm and ends Sunday, May 31st at 1pm.
Space is limited to small groups to create intimacy and connection.
