I used to think there was something wrong with me for feeling everything so deeply. I learned early on that sensitivity wasn’t valued, so I toughened up. I became good at taking on a lot and earning my worth through achievement.

Over time, that way of living led to anxiety, overwhelm and disconnection. I felt this ache like there was more to life, a lighter, more meaningful existence. I knew something was ready to shift, but I didn’t know how to start.

Yoga opened the way for me - not to fix myself, but to slow down enough to listen, feel and remember myself as the unique, powerful, spiritual being that I am. This path became fifteen years of self exploration through movement, meditation, breath work and dedicated training and coaching in embodied leadership and mindfulness. I learned how to find ease in my body, look at what I had hidden away and connect with the divine part of myself. I learned a process called embodied healing to connect with my body’s wisdom, release emotional blocks and see my unique gifts.

Today, I offer coaching, retreats and programs for those who feel the same longing I once did - the sense that something deeper is calling. I’m based in Fredericton, New Brunswick and hold retreats in the Canadian Maritimes. I’ve worked with people from all over the world. My work is about helping you slow down, reconnect with your inner wisdom, release what no longer serves you, and remember who you truly are.
